Our bars, one at the old restaurant and one poolside offer
a wide variety of refreshing cocktails in a unique jungle

ecotourism, light adventure tourism and sustainable

We have a rubber plantation and a nature reserve
with trails ideal for hiking, learning about trees,
medicinal plants and bird watching. There are many things
to do in and around Hacienda Tijax such as horseback
riding, hiking, swimming in our pools and sailing. |
Hacienda Tijax's Jungle Lodge is a comfortable and
nice place to stay in the jungle on the shore of the
Rio Dulce. A place were you can get in touch with nature
and enjoy the peacefulness of the Rio Dulce and the
tropical jungle.

We offer different types of accomodations with various
prices. There are cabins for single, double and triple
occupancy, with a private bathroom or with a shared
bathroom. Our large bungalows can accomodate up to 8

Hacienda Tijax is an experienced marina, having been
here since 1990. Our docks are safe and secure. |

We can accommodate at our docks up to 30 boats with
110/220 electricity, water both from our well or the
municipal system and now with internet cable, hot water
showers and a wonderful pool on the premises. All this
in a friendly and hospitable atmosphere surrounded by
nature and helpful staff.
